If you look closely sometimes, you may be able to see me darting from streetlight to streetlight. Dressed all in back under the suffocating inky veil, the faint click of the shutter then silence amidst the screech of traffic. Lights pool in the darkness, basking the walls in a delicate glow of red and orange. I probably won’t use the crosswalk, crossing diagonally across several lanes, blending into the night like a shadow, or a memory, forgotten as quickly as remembered.
